James P. Rupper has practiced law for over 30 years. He is a graduate of the J. Reuben Clark Law School, where he served on the Board of Editors for the Brigham Young University Legal Studies Program. He authored an article on Marshaling Probate Assets under the Utah Uniform Probate Code.

Mr. Rupper served as a Judge Advocate with the United States Army. He has broad range of legal experience involving military law, environmental law, government contracts, and federal employment and union law. He retired as a Colonel with the Judge Advocate General Corps. He is a graduate of the JAG Basic and Graduate Course, and the Command and General Staff College Course.

Upon retirement from the military, Mr. Rupper has engaged in general practice focused on bankruptcy and family law, providing hundreds of clients with low cost, affordable services. Mr. Rupper is a low cost leader in bankruptcy services.





He understands that many individuals need immediate relief from harsh garnishment procedures which can undermine a family's finances quickly. He is experienced in filing actions to stop mortgage foreclosures and works hard to make sure his clients understand all the various alternatives.
