In case you’re just tuning in, yesterday marked the final day of my 10-Day Cleanse, which is the first leg of my 24-Day Challenge. I’m on day #6 of my 10 day herbal cleanse which turns into a 24 day challenge from Advocare. I weighed myself yesterday morning and I’m down five pounds already.
